The company was founded in 1993. At the time, I was a graduate Research assistant in the legal studies department of the University of Illinois. As a Research assistant, I spent a lot of time Researching issues and retrieving information. As time went by, I started to notice that there was a tremendous demand for public records information and decided to specialize in real estate information after attracting my first clients. After obtaining my Masters Degree in Legal Studies, the business became a full time endeavor and has grown substantially since its inception. I attribute our continued growth to our people: careful screening and training of all personnel and our unique "do whatever it takes" attitute towards customer service.
